EXECUTIVE TEAM
Peter Chislett, CEO
Mr. Chislett has served as a founding partner in three start-up
companies, most recently as CEO of PostalWorks LLC, which was acquired
in December 1999 by Monster Worldwide Inc. owners of Internet career
portal, Monster.com®. In 1994 Chislett co-founded Lyceum Communications,
Inc. to create the patented “Get a Clue™ Vocabulary
Development Series”. From 1990 through 1995 Peter was Director
of Sales and Marketing for SNAPWARE Products at Marketing Resources
Plus a division of US West/Qwest Communications. He was a partner
in Media Solutions, Inc until it was acquired by US West Inc. in
1990.
Bill Duffy, COO
Mr. Duffy is a founder of FivePoints Compliance Inc., and brings
with him over 20 years in the IT, healthcare and financial service
fields. He is responsible for the operations of the firm, product
development and advises the marketing/sales department. Mr. Duffy
is the former IT director at Mt. Sinai Hospital Group and vice-president
(IT) at CSFB. He has led numerous large-scale system integration
initiates and teams. Mr. Duffy holds a BA degree from NY University
and a JD from Rutgers University.
Heather Davisson, Director of Business Development
Ms. Davisson is a founder of FivePoints Compliance Inc., and brings
with her over 10 years in the IT and financial service fields. Ms.
Davisson was a lead engineer and Exchange 2000 project manager of
CSFB. Prior to that, she was in charge of NT/Exchange security at
Wal-Mart. In 2001, Ms. Davisson was an expert witness (on
behalf of Microsoft) in the US Government vs. Microsoft case. She
was also on the Exchange 2000 Content Task Force (as one of the
only two non-Microsoft members); the task force is responsible for
producing and qualifying Exchange 2000 technical and marketing information
for the public.
Martin Breslin, CFO
Mr. Breslin comes from a consulting background, where he focused
on financial and operational issues for startups. He has worked
with over 20 startups over his career. Prior to that he was the
CFO for a Hedge Fund advisor, working to overhaul their financial,
operational and research systems. He worked at Gleacher NatWest
as controller and Treasurer and was instrumental in the merger between
Gleacher & Co. and NatWest Bank. He holds a MBA in Finance and
IT from NYU, an accounting degree from UCLA and a BSEE from SUNY
@ Buffalo. He also is a licensed CPA.
